Transformer Manufacturing Equipment & intelligent test system

Zelinco Power boasts a full-process automated transformer manufacturing system, with internationally advanced equipment deployed in key processes to ensure product precision and stability:

• Core Manufacturing: Transformer lamination slitting and cross shearing lines achieve burr-free processing; combined with the transformer core no-load test station, they control no-load loss from the source.
• Winding Manufacturing: Automatic foil winding machines ensure uniform coil tension and regular layer winding, enhancing mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance.
• Insulation Treatment: Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) system completely eliminates air gaps in windings, strengthening insulation strength and moisture resistance.
• Intelligent Flow: AGV transfer system realizes unmanned connection between processes, ensuring lean production rhythm.
• Factory Testing: The intelligent test system automatically completes a full set of tests including no-load, load, and withstand voltage, with full data traceability.
